Greek apple pie
Greek pastries with raisins, apples, sugar, honey, cinnamon, walnuts and powdered sugar.

Ingredients
- 100 g raisins
- 3 Elstar apple
- 110 g unroasted walnuts
- 1 el ground cinnamon
- 130 g granulated sugar
- 3 el liquid honey
- 1 lemon
- 100 g unsalted butter or margarine
- 3 medium sized egg
- 125 g wheat flour
- 1 tl baking powder
- 1 mespoint salt
- 10 sheet frozen filo pastry pack 10 sheets
- 1 el powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.

Cut the remaining sheets on the folding line into 3 bars and halve them in width. Line the edge of the spring form with this.

Brush the sheets with egg and stick them on top of each other, from bottom to top, so that the dough hangs over the edge.

Spoon the batter into the mold and smooth.

Divide the apple mixture over it. Fold the dough over the filling inside, leave uncovered in the middle. Fry the cake in approx. 70 minutes until golden brown.
