Let the gelatine sheets soak in cold water. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan.

Grind the cookies in the food processor and mix in the melted butter.

Put the cupcakes in the muffin mold. Divide the cake mixture over it and press with the convex side of a spoon. Put in the refrigerator until use.

Heat the fruit spread on low heat. Squeeze the gelatine and add. Let it be looted. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Stir the fruit spread through the curd. Remove the muffin from the refrigerator and spread the strawberry-curd mixture over the cavities.
