Ingredients
Directions
-
Put the flour, yeast, bread powder, fruit bread powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.
-
Pour in the lukewarm water and knead by hand or with a mixer with dough hooks into a smooth dough. This takes 6-10 min.
-
Shape a ball and let it rise for 15 minutes.
-
Prepare the mix for pastry cream according to the instructions on the package.
-
Knead the dough again and then roll on a floured sheet with the rolling pin to a slice of 45 x 30 cm.
-
Brush the dough with the yellow cream and sprinkle with the raisins.
-
Roll the dough loosely and cut into pieces of 3 cm. Place the rounds on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and leave to rise for another 45 minutes.
-
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
-
Fry the buns in about 15 minutes until golden brown and done. Take out of the oven.
-
In the meantime, heat the apricot jam with 3 tbsp water in a saucepan. Spread the still warm coffee rolls with the jam and let cool.
