Banana bread bunting with nuts
Banana bread made from ripe bananas, cardamom, almond flour, coconut, honey, nuts and raspberries.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Spray the turban mold with the baking spray.

Pel and prake the ripe bananas.

Sift the self-raising flour and the cardamom over a large bowl. Mix in the banana, the almonds flour, the coconut rind, the oil, honey and the salt.

Chop the nuts coarsely and scoop the raspberries through the batter.

Divide the batter over the turban shape and bake the turban in approx. 50 min. Until golden brown and cooked in the middle of the oven.

After 45 minutes, check for doneness by inserting the skewer. If this comes out clean, the turban is cooked.

Allow the turban to cool in the mold for 45 minutes and then take it out. Let it cool down further. In total this takes about 1 hour.
