Brownies with chococurls and yoghurt topping


Homemade brownies with a topping of Greek yogurt and cream cheese with pure sprinkles.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Line the baking tin with baking paper.
  3. Put the butter, sugar, caster sugar and cocoa powder in a saucepan and let the butter melt over low heat. Keep stirring well.
  4. Remove from the heat and put in a bowl. Stir in the eggs, vanilla flavor and flour.
  5. Add the chococurls and scoop.
  6. Spoon the batter into the mold and smooth.
  7. Put the baking tin in the middle of the oven and bake the brownie for approx. 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the brownie to cool for 30 minutes.
  8. Cut off the sides, put a grid on the mold, turn around and pour the brownie onto the grid.
  9. Remove the baking paper and let the brownie cool down further.
  10. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the cream cheese. Brush the top of the brownie with it.
  11. Sprinkle with the rest of the curls. Cut into 16 pieces and serve.
