Ingredients
Directions
-
Put the butter, sugar, flour and cocoa powder in the food processor and mix into dough crumbs.
-
Remove the crumbs from the bowl and knead briefly into a cohesive dough ball. Pack in cling film and let the dough rest for 60 minutes in the refrigerator.
-
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Sprinkle the worktop with some flour and roll out the dough with the rolling pin into parts of 3-4 mm thick.
-
Put letters out of the dough with the protrusions. Make sure you have an even number of each shape you want to use.
-
Knead the leftover dough into a ball and put it back in the fridge wrapped in foil.
-
Place the cookies with a few centimeters in between on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
-
Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes. Allow to cool. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
-
Brush a baked letter biscuit with ½ tsp peanut butter. Push a biscuit of the same shape against it. Repeat with the rest of the cookies.
