Bruschetta with raw ham, peach and mozzarella

Brush the slices of bread on both sides with oil and grill on the barbecue around crispy.

Rub the grilled rolls lightly with garlic.

Grill the peach with the cutting edge downwards briefly on the barbecue until nice grill stripes appear. Cut the peach into thin slices.

Divide the ham and peach over the bruschetta and put the mozzarella on it.

Drizzle with the vinegar and divide the basil.
