Brussel sprouts with potato and bacon
Brussels sprouts, bacon and potato in a stir-fried dish.

Boil the sprouts in boiling water for 7 minutes until al dente. Drain.

Meanwhile cut the bacon into strips. Heat the oil in a stir frying pan and the potato cubes in 10 min. Crispy and cooked.

Add the sprouts and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese cubes and tapenade.
