Turkey fillet with sherry sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey fillets (about 400 g), butter or margarine, garden peas (frozen, 450 g), mashed potatoes à la minute (180 g), sherry and cream (200 ml).

Directions

  1. Spread turkey into 4 pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in frying pan and cook the turkey in about 10 minutes.
  3. Garden peas cook for approx.
  4. 5 minutes.
  5. Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.
  6. Take turkey from the pan and keep it warm.
  7. Add Sherry to shortening, loosen loafs and reduce to approx.
  8. 1 minute completely on high heat.
  9. Add cream and stir into creamy sauce.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Turkey served with sauce, puree and garden peas..
