Directions

  1. Divide each schnitzel into 3 pieces and brush with the oil. Sprinkle with pepper to taste and sage.
  2. Place a slice of Parma ham on the work surface and place a piece of meat on it. Fold the ham around the meat and lay aside. Repeat with the rest of the meat.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat over medium heat for about 8 minutes until done. Times regularly.
  4. Bake the silver onions for the last 3 minutes. Divide the arugula over 4 plates and place the meat and onions.
