Shrimp in oyster garlic sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tiger prawns (frozen, 500 g), sunflower oil, Chinese stir-fry mix (400 g), noodles (straight to wok, a 300 g), Chinese stir-fry sauce oyster and garlic (wokexpress, 150 g) and fresh coriander (15 g).
Thaw the tiger shrimp according to the instructions.
Heat in heating half of oil, shrimp in 5 minutes of cooking and removing from wok.
Rest of oil in wok heat and stir fry mix 3 min.
Add noodles and oyster-garlic sauce and heat thoroughly in between.
Coriander finely chop.
Distribute noodles with shrimps over four bowls or plates.
Sprinkle with coriander..
