Shrimp in oyster garlic sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tiger prawns (frozen, 500 g), sunflower oil, Chinese stir-fry mix (400 g), noodles (straight to wok, a 300 g), Chinese stir-fry sauce oyster and garlic (wokexpress, 150 g) and fresh coriander (15 g).

Directions

  1. Thaw the tiger shrimp according to the instructions.
  2. Heat in heating half of oil, shrimp in 5 minutes of cooking and removing from wok.
  3. Rest of oil in wok heat and stir fry mix 3 min.
  4. Add noodles and oyster-garlic sauce and heat thoroughly in between.
  5. Coriander finely chop.
  6. Distribute noodles with shrimps over four bowls or plates.
  7. Sprinkle with coriander..
