Pasta with tartar and mushroom broccoli sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pasta (red), mushrooms, broccoli, (olive) oil, beef tartar, sprinkle of forest mushrooms (pot of 120 g), whipped cream and fresh parsley (30 g).

Cook pasta according to instructions.

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Cut the broccoli into florets, cut the stem into slices.

Heat oil in a frying pan and tartare in 3 min.

Add mushrooms and broccoli and fry for 7 minutes.

Add scallop broth and whipped cream and heat the sauce through and through.

Parsley finely cut.

Serve pasta with mushroom sauce and sprinkle with parsley and pepper..
