A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lemon (polished and halved), shoulder chops, butter, garlic (pressed) and rosemary.

Directions

  1. Cut a half of the lemon into thin slices and squeeze out the other half.
  2. Sprinkle the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the butter and brown the meat in 5 minutes.
  4. Turn halfway.
  5. Add the lemon slices, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary and 150 ml of water.
  6. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Take the meat out of the pan, keep warm under a lid and let the gravy reduce for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with the pork chops.
  9. Delicious with spaghetti all'arrabbiata and eggplant with fresh mint..
