Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Pick the green from the fennel tubers and keep it separate. Cut the tubers into slices. Boil the fennel in water with salt for 3 minutes, drain, rinse cold water and drain.

Do the same for 1 minute with the cabbage.

Place a layer of potato in each greased oven dish. Divide 1/3 of the cheese and lay a layer of cabbage on top of it, then 1/3 cheese with the fennel on top.

Stir in the crème fraîche with a little pepper. Divide this over the fennel and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over it.

Place the dishes in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the fennel green for serving.
