Brussels sprouts stew with smoked sausage
Delicious Dutch stew with sprouts, smoked sausage and sweet apples.

Peel the potatoes, cut into quarters and cook for 15 minutes until tender. Drain the potatoes and put them back in the pan.

Boil the sprouts in plenty of water with a pinch of salt in 7 minutes until al dente and pour them off.

Heat the smoked sausage 2 minutes in the microwave at 600 watts and cut into slices. Stamp the potatoes with the curry powder, milk and butter.

Season with pepper and salt. Stamp the sprouts roughly through the puree, so that they break but do not completely break.

Cut the apple into cubes and scoop with the sausage through the stew.
