Tilapia with sage in parma ham
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tilapia fillet (fish), fresh sage leaves (from bag of Italian spice mix), parma ham and olive oil to cover.

Dip the tilapia fillet dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle the fish on both sides with pepper. Cut the fish into 16 equal pieces and place a sage leaf on each.

Cut the slices of Parma ham in half lengthwise. Wrap a piece of tilapia fillet in each bar of ham and stick the ham with a cocktail stick. Brush thinly with oil and store the fish covered in the refrigerator.

Place the tilapia packages on a greased griddle over medium hot fire and grill them in 6-8 minutes brown and just done; times carefully halfway.
