Boil the sprouts with salt in approx. 10 minutes until al dente. Drain them.

Heat the butter and fry the shallots in it. Spoon the bacon through and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the sprouts. Shake this with the shallots and bacon and season nutmeg.
