Directions

  1. Boil the sprouts with salt in approx. 10 minutes until al dente. Drain them.
  2. Heat the butter and fry the shallots in it. Spoon the bacon through and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the sprouts. Shake this with the shallots and bacon and season nutmeg.
