Celery with cucumber
Salad of celery with cucumber, apple, mustard, vinegar and oil.

Remove the stalk from the celery and peel the stalks with a peeler. Cut the stems into thin loops.

Halve the cucumber in the length and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the cucumber halves into slices.

Cut the unpeeled apple into quarters, remove the cores and cut the flesh into cubes.

In a bowl, beat the mustard, vinegar and oil to a dressing. Season with pepper and salt.

Add the celery, cucumber and apple and scoop.
