Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until tender.

In the meantime, clean the sprouts and boil them in 7 minutes until al dente.

Heat the milk in a saucepan. Drain the potatoes and crush them with the puree rammer.

Mix in the sprouts and chicken strips. Add the milk, butter and mustard, scoop and season with salt and pepper.
