Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until tender.
  2. In the meantime, clean the sprouts and boil them in 7 minutes until al dente.
  3. Heat the milk in a saucepan. Drain the potatoes and crush them with the puree rammer.
  4. Mix in the sprouts and chicken strips. Add the milk, butter and mustard, scoop and season with salt and pepper.
