Brussels sprouts with stir-fried beef
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, brown rice, pecans (ground beef), Brussels sprouts, sunflower oil, beef strips, light soy sauce, red peppers (diced), orange juice, cheddar ((cheese) and diced).

Prepare brown rice according to the instructions for use.

Dried pecans in a dry frying pan with a non-stick coating and allowed to cool.

sprouts 5 min.

cook and drain.

Meanwhile, heat in wok oil.

Beef strips 3 min.

Stir-fry, quench with soy sauce and season to taste with pepper.

Stir in the pepper, sprouts and orange juice and bake for 5 minutes.

Finally, make cheese through the sprout dish (do not allow the cheese to melt completely).

Divide the rice into four plates and place the sprouts on it.

Pecans sprinkle on it..
