Directions

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into cubes of 1 cm. Squeeze the ginger and garlic over the pork tenderloin.
  2. Spoon the meat with the ketjapmarinadeen the oil and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan with a thick bottom and fry the onion golden yellow.
  4. Squeeze the ginger and garlic over the onion and stir in the peanut butter.
  5. Pour in the ketjapmarinadeen the coconut milk and bring it to the boil.
  6. Let the saté sauce simmer for 10 minutes on low heat and season with the sambal and salt.
  7. Thread the pieces of meat on the sticks. Heat the grill pan and grill the skewers in 7-8 minutes until cooked and brown, turning regularly.
  8. Serve the skewers with the satay sauce.
