Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  2. Put the sweet potatoes in and roast them in about 30 to 40 minutes until you can easily pierce them with a fork.
  3. Heat 10 minutes before the sweet potato is ready 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large wok and add the kale and a dash of water.
  4. Fry the kale for about 5 minutes until all leaves are dark green and shriveled.
  5. Remove the sweet potato from the oven and remove the peel.
  6. Take a medium-sized pan and add the sweet potato, kale, almond milk, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, soy sauce, paprika powder, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper.
  7. Prepare everything with a pestle into a stew and season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  8. Put the lid on the pan and heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a baking pan.
  9. Fry the bacon.
  10. Put the kale on two plates and spread the bacon over it.
