Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

Put the sweet potatoes in and roast them in about 30 to 40 minutes until you can easily pierce them with a fork.

Heat 10 minutes before the sweet potato is ready 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large wok and add the kale and a dash of water.

Fry the kale for about 5 minutes until all leaves are dark green and shriveled.

Remove the sweet potato from the oven and remove the peel.

Take a medium-sized pan and add the sweet potato, kale, almond milk, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, soy sauce, paprika powder, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper.

Prepare everything with a pestle into a stew and season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Put the lid on the pan and heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a baking pan.

Fry the bacon.

Put the kale on two plates and spread the bacon over it.
