Buckfowl pike with ginger
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: goose legs (biscuit, a 200 g), butter (melted), ginger jam, whipped cream, strawberries, raspberries and / or red currants and powdered sugar.

Fry 1 pack of goat's feet in a food processor.

Mix in butter and 2 tbsp ginger jam.

Spread the crumb mixture over the soil and press firmly.

Keep 10 goat feet apart.

Rest of goat's feet break into pieces.

In bowl, whipped cream is stiff.

Sprinkle pieces of goose paw and the remainder of ginger jam.

Mix in shape and smooth out.

Place other goat feet on it.

Allow the pie to freeze in a freezer in approx.

4 hours.

Dust from the freezer with icing sugar, cut into points with a wet knife and serve with some red fruit..
