Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package. Drain and let cool.

In a blender, whisk the walnuts with the oil, vinegar, garlic, honey and 200 ml of water into a creamy dressing. Add some extra water if necessary to dilute the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the lukewarm quinoa over 4 large bowls and place some chickpeas, red cabbage, avocado and feta next to it.

Pour some of the creamy dressing over it and serve immediately.
