Burritos with beans and chicken


Mexican burritos with red pepper, onion, chicken, oregano, cinnamon, tomato, kidney beans and sour cream.

Directions

  1. Roast the peppers in a dry casserole until they turn color. Take the peppers out of the pan and chop finely. Chop the onion and cut the chicken into strips.
  2. Heat the oil in the same pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry in 4 minutes until lightly browned. Sprinkle with oregano and cinnamon.
  3. Spoon the tomatoes, beans and peppers through the chicken and let the whole simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes until a thick sauce is created. If necessary, season with salt.
  4. Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet until soft. Spoon the cup mixture and the sour cream onto the tortillas. Fold them around the filling.
