Butter chicken in wraps


Butter chicken with mango, chicory and stew vegetables in a tortilla.

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into strips. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken for 3 minutes. Add the spice paste and stew vegetable and cook for another 2 minutes.
  2. Add the water and simmer for 8 minutes with the lid on the pan. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. In the meantime, heat the gorditas according to the instructions on the packaging.
  4. Meanwhile cut the bottom of the chicory stalks and cut the praise in half. Remove the hard core and cut the chicory lengthwise into strips.
  5. Cut the mango into smaller cubes. Squeeze out half of the lime and cut the other half into segments.
  6. Mix the chicory, mango, mango juice and lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Fill the gorditas with the chicken mixture and half of the chicory salad. Serve with the rest of the salad and lime wedges.
