Grate 1 tablespoon peel of the orange (make sure the white part does not come along). Divide the liqueur over 4 glasses.

Divide half of the whipped cream and the orange zest over it. Beat the rest of the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.

Pour the hot coffee into the glasses and add a whipped beaten whipped cream.

Sprinkle with cocoa powder and garnish with orange peel.
