Stuffed peaches with cream
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: peziken fruit juice (approx. 415 g), almond paste (à 300 g Baukje), orange, orange liqueur (Gall and Gall), pistachio nuts unpeeled and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Drain peaches in the sieve and put them in a baking dish with the convex side down. Crumble almond paste in a bowl. Season the orange well and peel over the grater. Mix 2 tablespoons of liqueur. Fill pits of peaches with food mixture. Squeeze the orange and mix the rest of the liqueur with juice. Pour over filled peaches. Peel the pistachio nuts, rinse briefly under cold water and roughly chop. Sprinkle over peaches.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC or gas oven 4. Let the peaches in the oven heat well for approx. 12 minutes and let it lightly color. Meanwhile, whiskey orange juice through crème fraîche. Place peaches on four plates and create cream mixture next to them.
