Directions

  1. Beat the egg, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and milk in a deep plate.
  2. Cut the crusts of the bread.
  3. Roll the slices of bread one by one through the egg mixture and stack them on a plate. Pour the rest of the egg mixture over the bread stack. Leave in.
  4. Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry half of the French toast in 5 min. Golden brown. Turn halfway.
  5. Take them out of the pan, heat the rest of the butter and fry the rest of the French toast.
  6. Bon appétit! .
