Beat the egg, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and milk in a deep plate.

Cut the crusts of the bread.

Roll the slices of bread one by one through the egg mixture and stack them on a plate. Pour the rest of the egg mixture over the bread stack. Leave in.

Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry half of the French toast in 5 min. Golden brown. Turn halfway.

Take them out of the pan, heat the rest of the butter and fry the rest of the French toast.
