Hazelnut affogato
A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: hazelnuts ((box 95 g), coarsely chopped), pour honey (acacia (bottle 350 g)), espresso (coffee, box of 25 sticks) and icecream (hazelnut chocolate (container 900 ml)).

Roast the hazelnuts for 3 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter. Add the honey, warm for another 10 seconds. by and scoop on a piece of baking paper.

Put the contents of 1 stick of espresso in each espresso cup and stir 3 cups of boiling water per cup.

Spoon 1 loaf of roll ice cream into each glass. Divide the hazelnuts over the ice. Serve the espresso separately and pour it over the ice at the table.
