A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: strawberries, ginger, vortexed apricots (a 200 g), honey, crème fraîche (125 ml) and butter cake.

Directions

  1. Strawberries wash and halve.
  2. Slice ginger.
  3. Mix apricots with honey in a food processor or with a hand blender.
  4. Crème fraiche half beat.
  5. Drizzle apricots and ginger gently with crème fraîche.
  6. Spread spread over slices of cake.
  7. Garnish with strawberries..
