A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: strawberries, ginger, vortexed apricots (a 200 g), honey, crème fraîche (125 ml) and butter cake.

Mix apricots with honey in a food processor or with a hand blender.

Crème fraiche half beat.

Drizzle apricots and ginger gently with crème fraîche.
