Cake with lime and strawberries.
- 2 g unsalted butter or margarine
- 90 g wheat flour
- 30 g cornstarch
- 1 mespoint salt
- 150 g white caster sugar
- 6 medium sized egg
- 1 lime
- 250 g vanilla cheese
- 250 ml fresh cream
- 8 g whipped cream stiffener pouch mix bag
- 2 el powdered sugar
- 16 g lecurd little pot
- 10 strawberries
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Grease the spring form and dust with some flour. Sift the flour and cornstarch with a pinch of salt over the bowl.
Mix the caster sugar and the eggs in a mixing bowl in approx. 10 minutes to a cream colored mixture using a hand mixer.
Fold the flour mixture through in portions. Pour the batter into the mold.
Bake the cake in the oven in 35-40 min. Golden brown and done. Let the cake cool in an open oven in about 20 minutes.
Clean the lime and grate off the peel. Squeeze out the lime.
In a bowl, whisk the vanilla cheese with whipped cream, lime juice, whipped cream stew and icing sugar into a thick, firm cream.
Cut the cake through. Brush the bottom half with the lecat and half of the cream mixture. Put the top half of the cake on top.
Brush the top and sides with the rest of the cream. Garnish with lemon zest and strawberries.
