Zebra chocolate cake
Chocolate cake made of biscuit mix with chocolate spread, chocolate chips and glaze.
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Put the biscuit mix, eggs and water in a bowl. Beat for 1 min. With a mixer at the lowest setting and then for 5 min at the highest setting.
Put half of the batter in another bowl and mix with the cocoa powder.
Line the bottom of the spring form with baking paper and grease the edges.
Put 2 tbsp light batter in the middle of the mold. Then scoop 2 tbsp of the dark batter in the middle. Continue until both types of batter are up.
Bake in the middle of the oven in about 35 minutes until golden brown and done. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool on a grid in 1 hour.
Remove the cake from the mold and cut it in half.
Brush the bottom half with the chocolate spread and spread the chocolate chips over it. Put the top half of the cake on it.
Heat the glaze according to the instructions on the package and pour over the cake in a zigzag movement.
Let it harden in about 30 minutes and serve.
