Directions

  1. Cut the fennel tubers into quarters and remove the hard core. Cook the parts for about 10 minutes in plenty of water with salt and drain.
  2. Heat the olive oil with the garlic on a low setting and put the fennel parts in it.
  3. Scoop and put the lid on the pan. Let the fennel soften in 10-15 minutes.
