Homemade Dutch mayonnaise of mustard, egg, white wine vinegar, peanut oil and extra virgin olive oil.

Directions

  1. Split the egg, the protein is not used.
  2. Mix the egg yolk in a bowl with the mustard, salt and vinegar.
  3. Pour the sunflower oil and the olive oil with a whisk, while stirring with a whisk.
  4. Beat until all the oil has been absorbed and you have a thick, creamy mayonnaise. Season with pepper and salt and extra vinegar or lemon juice.
