Candied pork roulade
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Sprinkle the pork roulade with salt and pepper, place in a roasting pan and put in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Lower the oven temperature to 150ºC.
Spread the roulade around with a thick layer of glaze and cook in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Spread every 5-10 minutes with another layer of glaze until a nice caramel layer is formed.
Remove from the oven, place the roulade on a dish and keep warm under aluminum foil.
Cut into slices.
