Heat the oven grill. Cook the gnocchi as in the basic recipe. Scoop out of the pan as they float above and put them in the baking dish.

Mix in a bowl the crème fraîche, gorgonzola and Parmesan cheese and spread this mixture over the gnocchi.

Sprinkle with a little pepper and slide under the grill. Grate the cheese on the gnocchi in a few minutes until golden brown.

Leave the oven door ajar and check regularly. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the walnuts.

Divide the gnocchi over 4 plates. Serve directly with the arugula.
