Directions

  1. Heat the oven grill. Cook the gnocchi as in the basic recipe. Scoop out of the pan as they float above and put them in the baking dish.
  2. Mix in a bowl the crème fraîche, gorgonzola and Parmesan cheese and spread this mixture over the gnocchi.
  3. Sprinkle with a little pepper and slide under the grill. Grate the cheese on the gnocchi in a few minutes until golden brown.
  4. Leave the oven door ajar and check regularly. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the walnuts.
  5. Divide the gnocchi over 4 plates. Serve directly with the arugula.
