Directions

Heat the oil and fry the onions and red pepper.
Add the vinegar and a dash of water. Stew the onions and allow the moisture to evaporate.
Heat the sausages according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the rolls on the tops but not in half.
Roast the bacon in a dry, hot skillet until crispy.
Spoon the onions into the buns.
Put the bacon and sausages on it. Divide the tomato ketchup according to taste.
