Caprese with parsley pesto
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: flat parsley (20 g), garlic, Pecorino Romano (cheese), extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts (65 g bag), beef tomatoes (in slices) and capers (100 g jar).

Remove the leaves from the parsley. Grind these in the food processor together with the garlic, 25 g cheese, 4 tbsp oil and the pine nuts into a coarse pesto.

Divide the tomato into 8 plates. Divide the pesto and the rest of the oil. Sprinkle with the capers and crumble the rest of the cheese over it. Sprinkle with pepper.
