Directions

  1. Put the potato cubes with water and a little salt and cook them in about 5 minutes until al dente. Drain and let them drain.
  2. Heat the baking product in a frying pan and fry the onion for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and bacon cubes and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add the potato cubes and capuchins and cover everything. Leave to heat for another 5 minutes with the lid on the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the dish with parsley.
  5. Tasty pickles, silver onions and piccalilli.
