Wraps niçoise with tuna


Delicious summer dish with red onion, cherry tomatoes, tuna, green beans and an egg wrapped in a tortilla.

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Rinse them under cold running water, peel them and fine them with a fork. In the meantime, cut the red onion into wafer-thin half rings, put in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Let alone until use.
  2. Boil the green beans in a pan of water with salt in 8 minutes until al dente. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Drain the tuna, but collect 2 tbsp oil. Mix the oil with the mayonnaise and vinegar into a dressing.
  3. Season with (freshly ground) pepper and possibly salt. Let the red onion drain. Serve with the egg, green beans, tomato, tuna, dressing and gordita's in separate dishes. That way everyone can invest their own wraps.
