Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and prepare the meat according to the instructions on the package.

Tear the mozzarella into small pieces, mix with the lemon zest, thyme and some salt.

Bring a pot of water to the boil with a little salt.

Cut off the bottom two centimeters and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until they are just al dente.

Grease an oven dish with the oil and place the well drained bimi.

Divide the mozzarella over it and put it in the oven with the meat.

Let the cheese melt in about 5 minutes, if necessary, switch on the grill in the oven.
