Salmon with olives and orange
Cut the bread into cubes and grind with the olive oil, parsley and garlic in a food processor.
Add the olives, capers and orange zest and grind to a coarse paste.
Place the salmon in the baking dish and cover the fillets with the herb paste.
Pour the orange juice and the wine around the salmon.
Fry the salmon in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
Put the salmon on warm plates and mix the butter with the gravy in the dish.
Pour this sauce over the fish.
