Carpaccio of authentic roast beef
Try this carpaccio of Authentic Roast Beef
Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan in a few drops of olive oil until light brown. Remove them from the pan.
Divide the lettuce over the plates.
Place the slices of roast beef on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Garnish with feta, pine nuts and cress cut from the tray.
