Cut the winter carrot into cubes.

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and pour the garlic, carrot, cumin, paprika and the water through it.

Smother the carrot gently in eight minutes.

Puree the root mixture in the food processor and mix the yoghurt through it.

If necessary, season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Tasty with cauliflower florets for dipping.
