Casselerrib with fennel and basmati rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, fennel (in strips), garlic (pressed), red wine, basmati rice, herb broth powder and casselerrib with pesto (meat products).

Heat oil in frying pan, fennel fry for 2 minutes.

Add garlic.

Giving wine to fennel and allowing it to evaporate on high heat.

Stir rice and broth powder through fennel and add 1 1/2 dl of boiling water.

Cook the rice for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the cassorrib into strips.

Create a casselerrib with rice, season with pepper.

Garnish with fennel green..
