Spaghetti with creamy cheese-bacon sauce


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, spaghetti, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, smoked bacon (about 200 g), soy cuisine (a 250 ml) and ground cheese (150 g).

Directions

  1. Fry spaghetti al dente in pan.
  2. Clean tomatoes and cut into pieces.
  3. Garlic peel and chop.
  4. Stir in oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and half of garlic dressing.
  5. Mix tomatoes with dressing.
  6. Cut bacon into strips.
  7. Fry bacon in frying pan with non-stick coating.
  8. Add the rest of the garlic and fry.
  9. Heat soya cuisine in saucepan.
  10. Add cheese bit by bit and let it melt.
  11. Drain bacon and add to cheese sauce.
  12. Season the sauce with pepper.
  13. Drain spaghetti and mix with sauce.
  14. Serve with tomato salad..
