Cut the spring onions into pieces of about 4 cm. Cut the zucchini and the tomato into slanted slices of approx. ½ cm.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Grease the oven dish lightly with oil.

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the spring on low heat for approx. 5 min .; do not let color change.

Press the garlic above it. Leave to fry gently for approx. 1 min. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Divide the onions over the bottom of the dish.

Ris the thyme leaves from the twigs. Cut the sage finely.

Divide the slices of zucchini and tomato in layers over the onions. Sprinkle ⅔ part of the thyme and the sage between the layers.

Sprinkle the rest of the herbs over the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt. Drip the oil over it.

Fry the vegetable dish in approx. 50 min. Until cooked and lightly browned. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle with pepper.
