Potato with garlic cream
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: pommes scoop ((1.5 kg bag), scrubbed), olive oil, sea salt (coarse), garlic (unpeeled), crème fraîche (125 ml), chives ((a 25 g), finely chopped), basil ((15 g) and leaf chopped).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into wedges and spread them over a griddle covered with parchment paper. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and scoop. Place the garlic in between. Roast the potatoes in a little over 40 minutes just above the middle of the oven until golden brown. Spoon halfway.

Remove 3 cloves of garlic from the baking sheet and push the softened cloves out of the sheet into a bowl. Add the crème fraîche, chives and the basil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the roasted potatoes with the garlic-herb cream.
