Sprouts stew with mushrooms
Stew of Brussels sprouts, onion, chestnut mushrooms, butter, flour, stock and whipped cream.

Cut the bottom of the sprouts, remove the outer leaves and halve the sprouts. Chop the onion and cut the mushrooms into quarters.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the sprouts, onion and mushrooms over medium heat in 5 min. Golden brown.

Add the flour and cook for 1 min. Crumble the bouillon tablet over it, add the whipped cream and the water.

Bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Stir frequently.
